"Trezlan, Trezlan come on out Trezlan." It was Vontresa sort of, the voice was still her aristocratic bitch, but it was higher attempting to be seductive I think. I could see her on the other end of my wards just looking at me something glowing and evil looking in her hand. It looked like a pistol but I couldn't make it out from the glowing green aura around it. Honestly it reminded me of the hand of the fire god, but whatever god this pistol was from clearly wasn't a nice one.
"I'm shocked, shocked that what was in that box was evil, I mean so surprised." I'm not actually that surprised. In fact I believe I said multiple times that what was in the box was evil, I was kind of shocked to see it was a god weapon, but not too shocked.
"Drop your wards Trezlan let me bathe you in the light." I figured the rest of the crew was dead (I was right they were) and I was not going to drop any of my wards, at all ever. In fact I planned on creating others (which I did) of course I didn't have any food, the ship was now adrift in the sea, and Vontresa had a god weapon, but you know I was willing to wait things out, the alternative was terrifying.
And so things went, Vontresa tried to get me to drop my runes and I kept telling her I wasn't going to do that. I figured things would have continued like that until all of time except we hit something about a day into our little dance. But that is next entry you know it is because of course it is, it always is!
