I was growing used to not having to do anything dangerous, which meant that my time for avoiding said dangers was coming to a close. I had been in Rosetia for a couple weeks, the weather was nice, I avoided Valrym and his cynical wisdom and I was able to eat real fruit for days! I was a bit worried my associates had not returned from their adventure, but figured as adventures always do things were more complicated (that or they ran off to be with each other... ok so I was more than a little bit worried about that one). I was walking by some strange silks thinking of maybe upgrading my robe with a little more style (what can I say I like to be pretty) when I was stopped by a young man in a very colorful suit of armor.
"Are you Trezlan Lorentino of Toebeck island?" Toebeck Island another name for where I grew up (I just called it the island though it was one of several).
"No Trezlan Lorentino of the Upper Ronerawth Lorentino's you must be mistaken." I started to walk swiftly in another direction from my loud armored friend. He followed as people like that often do.
"I need your help sir." Sir? It was a nice start, though I wasn't likely to help someone just because they called me a nice name.
"No you need a different Trezlan, you know one who will help you, I suggest looking for one who isn't me." Picked up my pace and almost ran into a guys pack horse. I sidestepped the horse ducked down an alley way and managed to lose the man in the loud armor (people in armor are always slower than those of us not in armor!) I made my way back to my hotel to camp out until my pursuer left, I know it wasn't the bravest move, but honestly bravery is better left for the brave!
